Effective from 11 October 2026

1. General provisions
1.1. Plikeria (plikeria.app) is a service for storing and distributing files.
The operator of Plikeria is Julia Rudzka, a sole trader (jednoosobowa działalność
gospodarcza), place of residence: Dopiewiec, pow. poznański, NIP 7831849799,
REGON 520987653, correspondence address:
skr. poczt. nr 36, 62-052 Komorniki, Poland, address for electronic delivery:
AE:PL-30870-09674-TFGTG-15 (hereinafter “we”).
1.2. You can contact us at hello@plikeria.app. Authorities and holders of
intellectual property rights should write to legal@plikeria.app.
1.3. By using Plikeria, you accept these Terms. Section 5 concerns uploaders, Section 6 concerns payers. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the service.
1.4. If you are under 18, you may upload files and pay only with the consent of a parent or another legal representative.
1.5. In these Terms:
- user — anyone who uses Plikeria;
- uploader (of a file) — a user who placed a file on Plikeria, regardless of who created the content of the file;
- payer — a user who has paid for a file’s storage time.
2. The service
2.1. An uploaded file is available to anyone who has a link to it. Links are not secret, and we do not ensure the privacy of files.
2.2. Without paid time, a file is not available to others. Time bought with a payment is added as described in clause 6.2 promptly after the payment provider confirms the payment. Information on how a file becomes available, how long a file without paid time is stored, and the limitations of the service (file size, file types, limits) is given in the interface and may change.
2.3. We have the right to change, add and disable features of the service.
2.4. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service or the availability of a particular file at a particular moment. The service is not intended for storing backups: keep copies of your files yourself.
2.5. Using online services involves risks: malware, phishing, interception of data,
third-party access to your email. Files on Plikeria are uploaded by users, and we do
not guarantee that every downloaded file is safe: scan files with antivirus software
and do not run programs from sources you do not trust. Links to files are not secret
(clause 2.1), so do not upload anything that should not reach outsiders. Before you
enter data or pay, check that the page is open on the plikeria.app domain. Protect
access to your account’s email (clause 5.1).
2.6. To use Plikeria, you need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and to upload files, an email address.
3. What is prohibited
3.1. It is prohibited to upload and distribute through Plikeria:
- content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- material related to the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM);
- terrorist content;
- content that violates the privacy or personal data of other people;
- other content prohibited by Polish law or EU law;
- pornography;
- malware and material used for phishing.
3.2. It is also prohibited to circumvent the limitations of the service, to interfere with its operation, and to abuse the reporting form.
4. Reports and moderation
4.1. We review reports and requests from authorities, and we restrict access to content that violates the law or these Terms.
4.2. Anyone can report a file using the form on the website or by email to
legal@plikeria.app.
4.3. We may suspend access to a file until a report has been reviewed, in order to limit possible harm; we may block a file and refuse to accept a file, including a copy of a file already blocked, which we detect automatically. In the case of repeated or flagrant violations, we may prevent the uploader from uploading new files and block all files of that uploader. We may suspend or close the uploader’s account if we have a reasonable suspicion of a violation of the law or these Terms, including until the review of a report has been completed. Together with the account, we may suspend or block its files.
4.4. The suspension of access to a file until a report has been reviewed (point 4.3) may be applied automatically and lasts until a person decides. The uploader is notified of it.
4.5. A restriction decision can be appealed by writing to hello@plikeria.app from
the account’s email address, including in reply to our message about the decision.
4.6. We comply with orders from authorities, including removal orders for terrorist content, within the time limits set by law.
5. For uploaders
5.1. You are responsible for access to your account’s email. Actions on the account are deemed to be yours until you inform us that someone else has gained access to it.
5.2. You are responsible for the content of the files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to distribute it, including that you have the consent of the persons whose image or personal data it contains, where such consent is required. You also grant us a free-of-charge, non-exclusive licence for the territory of all countries to store the file, reproduce it for technical purposes, and make it available to anyone who has the link. The licence remains in effect for as long as the file is stored in the service. If third parties or authorities bring claims against us because of your file, you cover the damage that your breach of these Terms has caused us.
5.3. Paid time is attached to the file, not to you. Payers’ money is not paid out to you.
5.4. You can delete a file, except a suspended file. What happens to the remaining part of the payments for it is set out in clause 6.3.
5.5. You can delete your account and, when doing so, decide whether to delete your files. Files chosen for deletion are deleted in accordance with clause 5.4, and suspended files after the decision on the report. Files you do not delete remain in the service under the general rules (clause 2.2), and the licence under clause 5.2 continues to apply to them. We keep the account’s email address for as long as at least one of these files is stored: we notify you at that address of decisions concerning these files, and from that address you can request their deletion.
5.6. When we ask you to in connection with a report, you provide explanations and confirm your rights to the file within the time limit stated in our request. Failure to respond within that time limit constitutes a breach of these Terms, and we make the decision without your explanations.
6. For payers
6.1. By paying, you buy storage time for a file from us. This is a hosting service, not a donation or a payment to the uploader.
6.2. The total price, including all taxes, and the effect of the payment are displayed before you pay. The part of the payment above the file’s limit of paid time extends other files of the same uploader or goes to us; this is also displayed before you pay.
6.3. Paid time is used up regardless of whether the file is downloaded. If the uploader deletes the file before the paid time ends, the unused remaining part of the payments passes to the uploader’s other files and is converted into time at their prices. Whatever does not fit, because there are no other files or they are paid up to the limit shown in the interface, goes to us.
6.4. If a file is blocked, we will inform you, and within the period stated in the message, which is not shorter than 14 days, you can transfer the unused remaining part of your payment to another file, where it is converted into time at that file’s price, or receive a refund of it. Unclaimed funds are treated as revenue of the service.
6.5. If a payment is disputed through a bank or refunded, the time bought with it is deducted.
6.6. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within
14 days of the date of payment: via the “Withdraw from the contract” link in the
payment message, on the page plikeria.app/withdrawal, or by writing to
hello@plikeria.app. We confirm the withdrawal by email and refund the money using the
same payment method within 14 days. If, before paying, you requested that the service
begin immediately, we may retain the fee for the time used up to the moment of
withdrawal, and once the paid time has been used up in full, the right of withdrawal
expires.
7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for users’ files if we did not know of their unlawful nature or, upon obtaining such knowledge, promptly restricted access to them.
7.2. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not limit your statutory rights. If you are a business, we are not liable for lost profits, and our remaining liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally.
8. Changes
8.1. A new price applies to payments made after the price changes. We may change the Terms if the law or the features of the service change, or if its security, development or operation requires it. We give advance notice of significant changes. Changes do not affect time already paid for.
8.2. We may transfer the service, together with accounts, files and paid time, to another operator, giving advance notice of this.
8.3. If we close the service, we will give advance notice of this.
9. Complaints and disputes
9.1. Send complaints about the service, including payments and paid time, to
hello@plikeria.app. Give the link to the file or the payment number, describe the
problem and say what you expect. You will immediately receive an automatic
confirmation with the reference number of your complaint. We respond by email within
14 days of receiving the complaint.
9.2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. A consumer retains the protection afforded by the law of their country and may bring a case before the court having jurisdiction over their place of residence.
10. Personal data
10.1. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
